076 - New Orleans Jazz: From Roots to Revival
The artistry of Louis Armstrong and other musicians popularized New Orleans jazz worldwide. This two-session course will trace the history of this music from its multicultural roots to the present day through video clips, discussion, and recorded music. Attendance at both sessions is expected.   (Class limit:  60)
