048 - Finding Purpose and Connection in Later Life
Dr. Alex Hulst, Director of Family Health West Behavioral Health, walks you through some of the social and emotional challenges that come with aging. How do we make friends once we reach a certain age? How do we find purpose outside our relationships with our children and partners? Through part lecture and part group discussion, Dr. Hulst will help answer these questions and provide resources to get involved in your community. We invite you to join the conversation and take the first step in finding purpose and connection.   (Class limit:  60)
