100 - Torn Between Worlds: Frank Waters' "The Man Who Killed the Deer"
In this class we will discuss Frank Waters’ "The Man Who Killed the Deer", which explores the clash between Native American and Euro-American cultures. During our discussion, we will examine the social, cultural, and historical aspects of northern New Mexico and the Taos Pueblo that shaped this foundational work of Southwestern literature.   (Class limit:  60)
