052 - The Generous Donor: What to Expect From the Nonprofit Causes You Support
For those of you who donate to favorite causes, this class will provide information and insights on what to expect from the organizations you support. Discussions of standards for communications, acknowledgement and recognition, tax and other donor benefits, and the impact of your gift. You will have the opportunity to measure your own habits and preferences against the scientific findings of philanthropic psychology (i.e., how donors think and act) and learn about the fundraising world's "Donor Bill of Rights".   (Class limit:  60)
