036 - Education Matters: A Conversation About District 51
Do you have grandchildren or other school-age children in your family who attend schools in our area? Do you care about the future of the children and youth in our community? Did you know that our school district spends $250 million each year? Where does it come from? How is it spent? How could it not be enough? Would you like to learn more about these issues?

We invite you to join District 51 Superintendent Brian Hill, our elected Board of Education members Vicki Woods and Jose Luis Chávez, and representatives of the teachers association for an informative community conversation about how the flow of funds affects the future of our schools.

The program will include presentations including question-and-answer sessions. The event will be moderated by Dee Wernette.

Come learn more, ask questions, share your perspective, and help strengthen public education in our community.   (Class limit:  100)
